Instructions

  • Thinly slice Onions.
  • Pack into jar with optional ingredients.
  • Heat up water, don’t boil. Dissolve salt and sugar.
  • Add vinegar.
  • Pour brine into jar.
  • Let cool, then store in refridgerator.
