Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients
  • Fold every 30 minutes 4 times
  • Refridgerate over night
  • Shape into cylinders
  • Proof and preheat oven to 230°C with waterbowl inside
  • Bake for 5 Minutes
  • Rotate baking sheet, spritz with water
  • Bake for 15 more minutes
